Meet The Team
“We aren’t like a family, we are a family”
At School of Play, we put a lot of effort into creating a positive working environment that rewards commitment, values hard work, and encourages innovation. We believe providing an exceptional place to work, enables our team to do their best work. Our people are behind everything we do and without them buying into our core beliefs, we would not be able to deliver on our promise of providing exceptional care. They offer the perfect blend of enthusiasm, experience, skill and personality to ensure every child in our care enjoys their time with us and goes home feeling fulfilled. We know what makes a child happy, makes a parent happy!

Bio
I am a qualified nursery nurse and have 15 years of experience caring for children ranging from 0-6 years of age. I have worked in various roles within the childcare sector, including nursery management, which has given me the skills to provide a consistently safe and nurturing environment for the children.
I enjoy working with children, and I am passionate about being a positive role model. I feel it is important for children to have a good start in life-whilst being able to learn and be inspired through play.
Aim
To provide an enriching environment where children can learn and grow and give parents and carers peace of mind that their children will be happy, safe, and content whilst in our care.

Bio
I have been working with children for 6 years, primarily as a dance teacher and sports coach but also in a childcare setting through charities and buddy programmes at school. This experience provided me with the knowledge and confidence to work in our setting at School of Play. My aim for the Children at School of Play is to feel they are in a safe, supportive, creative and most importantly fun space where they can experience new activities and develop skills that will continue to help them grow. I am passionate about being a positive role model in the lives of the children we teach and hopefully assisting them in getting the best out of their experience with us.
Aim
To provide an excellent childcare service by interacting with the children and nurturing their skills through play and creativity. I am excited to get to develop in the company as we grow in the future.

Chloe Fisher
Yoga Instructor
Bio
I started practising yoga at the age of 17, a time in which I was experiencing a lot of change and uncertainty. From this young age and still, to this day, I have found that yoga is a means of exercise and a medium that enables me to de-stress, reconnect with myself, and find a deep connection to the world surrounds me. Since then, I have lived in different cities, had different jobs, travelled to different countries, yet yoga continues to occupy a constant space in my life. In 2018 I decided to complete my yoga teacher training in India, due to its immensely positive impact on my life and overall well-being and my desire to share this gift with others.
Through interactive yoga sessions, children will move through different yoga poses, breathing techniques, guided visualisation, meditation and relaxation. The sessions enable them to exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, develop an intimate relationship with the natural world surrounding them, and improve memory, self-esteem, classroom behaviour, and reduce stress and anxiety.
