Our PE programmes deliver high-quality sessions that meet the requirements of the national curriculum and can be easily shaped to the needs of your school.

Within our PE sessions, we focus on developing all pupils’ skills in an engaging and supportive environment. Within these classes, we strive to give pupils autonomy over their learning through empowering problem-solving and explorative learning opportunities. We pride ourselves on providing lessons where every individual feels valued and challenged. Working alongside our schools we embed cross-curricular learning within our sessions, as well as teaching pupils about the importance of healthy living and taking care of their body & mind.

Extra-Curricular Sports Classes

We can tailor our extra-curricular provision to meet the demands of your school day. With many children not getting the recommended amount of physical activity, we believe these clubs are vital for children’s health and well-being. We can offer a range offer different activities, all of which are delivered by our qualified and experienced coaches.

Parents usually cover our Breakfast, After-School or Lunchtime Clubs costs, and our responsive team are on hand to take care of the admin side, making extra-curricular classes at your school no hassle whatsoever. 

Lunch Time Sports Provision

Lunchtimes can be challenging when it comes to controlling children’s behaviour. Our dedicated programme has proven success in reducing the number of behaviour-related incidents within a school over lunchtime. We help bring a calmer and more organised approach, whether this is getting children involved in team sports or individual challenges.
Children can also struggle with isolation during lunchtime, so our staff can focus on smaller groups of children, getting them engaged in activities and building their confidence.
