No, children from any school are welcome to attend our holiday camps.

Your children will be grouped in age group bubbles of no more than 15 children. Each bubble will be allocated a designated space and equipment for the day, and they will not mix with other bubbles. For more detailed information on this, please visit our covid-19 page.

No, your child will need to bring a packed lunch, snack, and a drink.

Each camp we have a different theme, so children can always enjoy new activities. In addition to arts & crafts, imaginative play, food making, sports and games, there are also special activities such as Mad Science Shows, Dino Fossil Workshops, African Drumming, and many more.

To book your child onto our holiday club, simply login to your online account and follow the easy to navigate booking steps. Normally we allow ad-hoc bookings to suit your individual needs; however, under current COVID guidelines, we are only allowing full week bookings to limit the mixing of children throughout the week. Your child doesn’t need to attend every day during the week, but you will be required to pay for the full week.

Yes, we accept childcare voucher payments. Please speak to your employer to find out which childcare voucher company they are registered with. See the full list of voucher companies we are currently registered with here – https://www.schoolofplay.org.uk/payment-options/

If the voucher company you wish to pay with isn’t on the list, please get in touch, and we will set up an account with them – info@schoolofplay.org.uk

We understand that circumstances can change for parents/guardians at short notice and the last thing you need in that situation is a hefty cancellation fee. Therefore, we can provide full cash refunds for cancellations up to 3 days before. Less than 72 hours notice, and we can only credit your account for the sessions booked. This would enable you to use the money towards a future booking, so is effectively still a refund. If you need to cancel your child’s place, simply drop us an email and we will credit your account completely free of charge.

Summer holiday camp bookings will go live 12 weeks in advance. Half-term and other school holidays will go live 6-8 weeks in advance. Please subscribe to our mailing list on our homepage and follow us on social media to keep up to date with all the latest announcements.


Subject to availability, we can take bookings up until the club is due to start as long as you have registered via our online system.  If your child attends the club without a prior booking, we may have to turn them away depending on the availability of places for that day.

Once you’ve booked your child’s place via our online system, you should automatically receive a confirmation email which will include an invoice of your booking. You can also view your bookings and invoices at any time by logging into your online account.
