We understand the importance of feeling your child is safe when leaving them in the care of others. Entry to all our settings can only be made via a security fob through the school office.
If a team member doesn’t recognise a collector, we will always request the secret password provided during the booking process. Our team member will also contact the child’s next of kin to confirm the new collection arrangements.
You should always provide us with as much notice as possible when changing collection arrangements; you can do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0161 726 5022.
