Holiday Camps: Sports Groups

Our sports experience is designed to Keep Kids Moving, through fun skills sessions, matches with friendly competition, interactive games, and outdoor play.

Our engaging and enthusiastic team of trained coaches create an energetic, exciting, and friendly atmosphere for the children to thrive in.

We offer a wide range of activities that suit everyone. Football, Dodgeball, Hockey, Archery, Lacrosse- you name it, we most likely do it! This is a chance for children to get away from their computer screens and get active in a social environment.

In both of our groups, we prioritise Child-Initiated Play, empowering children to lead activities, foster their creativity, and take control of their learning journey with their unique ideas.

Skill Progression and Matches

At our holiday camps, the children have the opportunity to participate in thrilling matches and skills sessions tailored to their age and skill level. Whether it’s football, basketball, gymnastics, or any other sport, our experienced coaches provide expert guidance to enhance their abilities and understanding of the game. We also encourage the children to use these newfound skills in friendly matches and group games.

Gamification

What sets us apart in our sports camp is our ability to make our sports activities even more fun and interactive through Gamification. Through innovative game modifications such as Missions, Levels, and Superpowers (learn more by clicking Gamification), we instill essential skills such as strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving. Gamification not only keeps the children engaged but also helps them grasp the nuances of different sports in an enjoyable way.

Interactive Games

As well as sporting sessions and matches, we also break up the days with smaller games, like Splat, Stop the Bus, and, Ninja to name a few. As energetic and sports-crazed as the children are, they do benefit from a little break from the high-energy sessions throughout the day. Balance is key!

Outdoor Play

We try and get outside as much as we can! Outdoor activities not only promote physical fitness but also instill an appreciation for the fresh air and freedom of the outdoors. Whether it’s a quick run around with friends, orienteering, or some free play, our outdoor time is normally filled with laughter, energy, and friendship.
