Your children will be grouped in ‘bubbles’ according to Department for Education guidelines and as agreed with the school. Each bubble will be allocated a designated space and equipment for the session and they will not mix with other bubbles.

Yes, we offer ad-hoc bookings subject to availability which will be shown on our online booking system.
Yes, we accept childcare voucher payments. Please speak to your employer to find out which childcare voucher company they are registered with. See the full list of voucher companies we are currently registered with here – https://www.schoolofplay.org.uk/payment-options/
If the voucher company you wish to pay with isn’t on the list, please get in touch, and we will set up an account with them – email@example.com
We will allow an exchange of sessions within the same week, but this is subject to availability. Please email us to make this change as our system will not allow you to remove sessions with less than four weeks notice without the charge already being applied. Check our T&C’s for more information.
