Payment & Fees
Fees are required in advance and can be paid via bank transfer or childcare vouchers (no cash or cheque payments will be accepted).
Fees for ongoing bookings may vary each month as they will be calculated based on the number of weeks (Friday’s) in each month and will also take into account any school holidays or inset days.
If sessions takes place after the last Friday of the month but within the same month, these fees will be part of the following months payment e.g. if your child attended our club on Monday 28th October, the fees would be included in payment for November.
Payment requests will be sent at the end of the previous month via email and will include any additional fees due. Payment should then be made in full by the 5th of every month.
Payment for ad-hoc bookings should be made within 5 days of a payment request being sent but must be prior to your child attending. Payment for last minute bookings must also be made prior to your child attending the club.
We will allow extra time for childcare voucher payments to reach us without charging any late fees.
School of Play reserves the right to increase fees when necessary.
If fees are not received by the 5th day of each month a fee of £5 will be added and a further email request for payment will be sent. If fees are not paid by the 10th day of each month your child’s place may be cancelled until payment has been made.
When paying with childcare vouchers we understand this can take up to 5-7 days to be paid into our bank account, so charges will not be applied if we can see the payment in our childcare account.
