School of Play · For Schools
Your school has earned its reputation.
The holiday programme should reflect it.
We run premium parent-paid holiday camps from schools with outstanding facilities. You earn a premium venue fee. We handle everything. Your reputation stays intact, and grows.
Active days, real friends
01
Your facilities are exceptional. Your parent community knows quality when they see it. The question is whether your holiday provision reflects that.
Most holiday camps are adequate. They keep children safe and occupied. Parents tolerate them.
Premium provision is different. It is the camp that parents talk about at the school gate, not because they were relieved it was fine, but because their child came home genuinely excited.
It is the programme that fills up on word of mouth alone.
It is the experience that parents associate, consciously or not, with the school whose grounds it runs from.
That association matters. Your school’s name is attached to whatever happens on your site during the holidays. If the camp is genuinely outstanding, that reflects on you. If it is mediocre, that reflects on you too.
We run premium holiday camps from schools whose facilities and reputation justify the name. If yours is one of them, here is what that looks like.
02
Your reputation is the asset. We protect it.
Before you think about the venue fee, and it is worth thinking about, consider what you are actually putting on the line.
Your parent community has expectations. They have chosen your school partly because of what it stands for. A holiday camp that falls short of those expectations is not just a disappointment, it is a small but real erosion of the trust you have built.
We understand that. It is why we do not approach schools whose facilities or parent community are not a genuine fit for premium provision. It is why we share our full safeguarding policy, our programme outline and our staffing approach before you make any decision. It is why we are honest when we think a school is not the right fit, even when they want to proceed.
The schools that work with us tend to keep working with us. That is not an accident.

A programme children talk about for weeks. Not days.
Think about the last time a child came home genuinely buzzing. Not tired and quiet. Buzzing, talking over themselves at dinner, already asking if they can go back tomorrow.
That is what we build every single day.
At our premium camps, children race electric go-karts — properly, competitively, with the kind of focused concentration that makes them forget everything else exists.
They fight laser tag battles in teams they have formed themselves, with the kind of fierce, laughing loyalty that only happens when children are genuinely in the moment together. They compete in structured sports tournaments where the child who was nervous on Monday is leading their team by Friday, and knows it.
Not “it was fine.” A story. A moment. Something that happened specifically to them.
Every day has a shape. A beginning that gets them moving, a middle that genuinely challenges them and an end that sends them home with something real to say.
Parents notice the difference immediately. Not just in what their children say but in how they say it. The energy. The detail. The fact that they are already asking about tomorrow before they have finished their tea.
That is what premium provision actually feels like. And it is what your school’s name will be associated with every time a parent talks about it at the school gate.

Staffing that makes the difference
The programme is only as good as the people running it.
Every member of our team is DBS checked, trained and experienced. Our staff-to-child ratio is higher than standard provision. The people on your site are practitioners and coaches who are genuinely fantastic with children, who understand how to manage a group, read a room and make a nervous child feel welcome without making a fuss about it.
That last part matters more than most camp operators admit. The child who arrives on Monday not knowing anyone and leaves on Friday not wanting to go home — that transformation does not happen by accident. It happens because the right people are paying attention.
05
What your school earns
Premium camps carry a premium venue fee —
50% above our standard rate.

On safeguarding
(because we know it's the first question)
Every responsible head teacher and business manager asks it. They should.
08
What schools working with us have said
PLACEHOLDER
Premium camp school testimonial — the ideal voice here is a head teacher or business manager at a school with strong facilities and a discerning parent community, speaking to the quality of the camp, the response from parents and the experience of handing over operational responsibility without handing over reputational control. The story of a school whose parents came back the following year and whose head teacher would speak to that is exactly what this page needs.
Not every school qualifies.
Yours Might.
Premium provision works where the facilities are genuinely outstanding, and the parent community has both the means and the expectation of quality. We are selective about the schools we approach because the model only works when the fit is right.
If you believe your school fits that description, the next step is a short conversation. We will ask about your facilities, your parent community and what you are looking for. We will tell you honestly whether we think a premium camp would work, and what it would look like if it did
