“When I got there we already had communication that the reception entrance will be used. I was very pleased to see a signing in and out process and the locked door.
The staff were lovely and the girls had a really great day. They really enjoyed doing the different activities, my eldest can be a bit anxious and shy and she felt completely at ease.
Jayah had a small issue with a another child and Chloe explained to her perfectly that it was a misunderstanding as staff observed what happened. Chloe discussed it with me and it was resolved quickly and easily as Chloe’s approach was very open and honest.
It’s clear the staff love their job and they were really kind with the kids and this does not always happen in holiday clubs. I know my kids loved it because they are really fussy with groups and they haven’t stopped talking about it!”
